On behalf of the ORFFA FIXture committee here is the long awaited 2015 ORFFA FIXture. A lot of hard work has gone into the FIXture and we hope everyone likes the draw and the themed rounds. Round 1 02.04 - 06.04 Fantasy Footballers Anonymous Round Placed in round 1 at the end of the most intense period in a fantasist's year. Thanks to everyone. We worked really well together to get this done I reckon. For those that don't know, we had a couple of changes in the makeup of the committee. Chels and Fitzy both stepped down, and Jen and Grav both joined the other remaining members, JC, Jimbowan and me.
Len wrote: Nice work people, hoping I post a decent score in round 2 at least Haha, yeah, there's a bit of motivation there for everyone that round. Grav wrote most of the blurbs and came up with that beauty I reckon the minutes laughter should happen at the time of if the score was a 24hr clock time. Like if the lowest score is 1909, we should hold a min laughter at 7:09pm on the actual International Moment of Laughter day.

Fabulous work by the Match Committee - very well done. Looking forward to the bye rounds already, well at least my ticker is.
2015 FIXture is now uploaded into tsLeagues. Chels did the whole code last season, but this season we divided it up between all of us. I think that must be it now.
Congratulations to all of you. Wonderful job and I'll have a practice for Fellowship round and toast your efforts at dinner tonight.

Regarding the finals series, the FIXture committee has decided to run the same system as last season's finals series. We forgot to mention that until now, but the decision was made months ago. Even though we understand the matter is somewhat contentious, we decided it was not appropriate or fair to thrash it out year after year, when the final decision has always been the same. Last season, it was especially difficult to determine the best outcome, but we felt we did the best we could with the extensive and varied feedback that had been presented at the time. During last season, it became evident that some people were growing tired of the debate, and it would not be fair to expect everyone to once again present their arguments just 1 season later. We've decided to give the same format another go this season, and we'll see how it goes.

Something that is worth mentioning. Today marks one year to the day that ORFFL have had anyone post in their thread. Rigged for silent running?
Simonoz wrote: What's a Final Series ? Yeah. Sorry. It's kinda playoffs followed by a Superbowl of fried grasshoppers.
It must be close to the start of the ORFFA season if this question is now relevant: Full or partial lockout Thursday at 1920hrs?
