I just joined the TS Bronze League, up to 11/18. thanks for the leagues - nice to be able to compete against people who are serious about the competition and not going to disappear just because they aren't going to finish top 1000 or win their league or whatever poor excuse they come up with

Does anyone know if you're allowed 2 teams? I want to play in several leagues with friends, but would be interested in joining a league here with a different team. I finished in the top 2000 last year, and won all 5 leagues I was in. How do I go about joining a league? Do I wait for an invite, or join one of the ones with a spot available?
Technically, no- you're not supposed to have 2 teams, and doing so is a violation of their T&C's and stuff. But also technically, if you're wife/relo had a team, and you were to control it, there's not really much they can do to prove it. (That said though, doing so would probably offer a significant risk if you were aiming for the overall). That all said though, just join a league mate! Any of the open ones are completely free to get into. You'll find a competitive and friendly environment no matter which one you join.
Thanks. I have never done it before, but I recall last year some people mentioning about setting a team up for one of the big bye rounds, and going for the top score. Just wanted different teams as I am in several with friends/work leagues etc. Some of them aren't all that challenging, but still fun for bragging rights. Would have loved another team to play against some of the members on here. Ah well, I will work something out. Thanks for your response.

Yeah, we tend to have a lot of TS leagues going around. Lots more than are mentioned in this thread. I'll be getting another leagues post going up this weekend, and a part of it will be for the admins of all SC leagues not posted at the start of this thread to send me a PM, detailing said league so we can get it on the official link.
