Poor Rhys has had a bad run with injuries in his career. Heard he's had a good pre season. He did win Rising Star in 2008 so he has the talent to do well if his battered self confidence can rise again.

I've had his name down for awhile and I wasn't sure if I was going to pick him but once I looked over my team I knew I didn't need anymore defenders or mids, I thought I may as well take the chance on him.
