So Wines into the guts, and Mundy replaced by Whitfield on the bench?

I forgot about this. Shame we couldn’t fit Parish in, he’s on fire lately!
The side looks fairly good. Will be interesting to see how it all goes.

    go Vic/Tas!

Are you kidding? Parish the hottest player in the AFL at the moment. Certainly better than Selwood.

PS. Rumour has it Super Coach are going to give us 2 more trades - anyone else hear this?

It's been officially advised last night.

Yearly trades increased to a maximum of 32. Weekly trades for rounds 13 & 14 increased to a maximum of 4.

Anyone who anticipated this change given rumours late in the week may have been able to trade accordingly this week however plenty of coaches who were already light on in Round 14 may now be in further strife and needing to make use of those possible 8 trades to sort out their Round 14 situation.

Aside from Round 14 the extra 2 trades shift the needle for the full season as along with huge scores yesterday from Poulter and CCJ teams that were looking unlikely to reach full premium may now be able to get there. Those that were in good shape already now get to use those trades to sideways their round 13 or rounds 14 premiums or accelerate their trading post the byes with much more confidence that they won't be caught out over the final 3 weeks.

I would’ve had him in instead of Touk Miller personally, but I was busy with RL stuff and missed the boat

Indeed you did Bandito - it is on the heads of us others for not paying closer attention.

Much as I love Touk, Parish is the hot one of the moment.

Your saving grace is that they are both Vic/Tas players

After the first week of play, the Vic/Tas team have front loaded their scores, with 13 of the 15 players taking the field in Round 1 of the carnival... 10 of those tonning up and taking a massive 771 point lead into week 2.

@bama & @HeavyMen were seen having a strong word to Christian Salem after the game, I think about the fact he looks like a milkytop Freddo with that haircut. The Bont went BANG! but will the selectors rue Darcy Parish being left out of the side after posting a 166? What about the call of going Dusty over Shai Bolton... Bolton got 17 more points, but who was to know!

The Others have started a bit slower, but have equally impressive statistics with 5 of their 7 tonning up. Big concerns in Aotearoa over Nat Fyfe, but Clarrie Oliver will surely come good next time he is on the park.

If we take the best possible scores from each side this weekend it goes to show how big you can go if you get it all right

    Vic/Tas best possible 15 round 1

The Other best possible 15 Round 1, chooks everywhere

Wowee, Tom Stewart goes BANG! with a 130, I could almost hear @Jen screaming over the noise from the home classroom!

The Others are rallying as expected...Olly Wines responds with a 144, Dead Man Dixon 110, Tomahawk 110, and Selwood a 92

    Getting juicy now!
