Thank you TiB for the fine job you did as our Commish - 'where the F is X' almost started me crying and laughing simultaneously. Time to build the WWW into a team that can challenge for the title. To be a former]ORFFA Commish and an]ORFFA premiership winner would be anunparalleledfeat; one leg down and the real challenge now starts. Congratulations Len and good luck for your 'reign.' I believe our ship is in very good hands and we are fortunate to have had such a smooth hand over. It is amazing chels. Have not had a win all year and since deciding my time was up the Warriors have had two in a row and blown any hope of the #1 draft pick out of the water. The effect on players has been dramatic. Perhaps they foolishly think I love them again (when we all know the soft spot is for Chelsea). Oh, and to the mix of messages in here, thanks for the thanks. Appreciated.

From the round 12 thread after our Pinot Cup encounter - '<strong style='color: #000000; background-color: #ffffff;]Prediction[/b]- the trading TiB has done will mean he pushes (if not beats) every opponent in the run home.' Meant it Terry and for once I was right. [span style='color: #000000; font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff;]Like the good (financial) economist I was, I predicted 15 of the last 3 market downturns!

This seems a good place to let you all know that CR has agreed to replace me as the other Assist Commish to work with JC and I to keep the FA train on track, with immediate affect.I believe he brings a valuable different voice to the table and am very glad he agreed to join us. I will catch up with people looking after the many important functions between now and seasons end to either confirm people are happy to continue with current arrangements for next year or understand what changes we might need to make. The perfect outcome is things move so unchanged that no-one even notices Terry isn't the one wearing the funny hat any more, in truth he remains a trusty and willing source of wisdom. Cheers Len
