Have been reading the ORFFA/L posts while looking through other forums throughout the year and it looks bloody good. To be able to choose your own players seems like a very good and fun thing to do. The only thing I haven't yet deciphered is...what the hell is ORFFA/L? Still, enjoy reading what you guys have to post, even if I don't understand half of it . Is there a website that is used?
all done here in the TS threads Tigersfor2012, have a look in the forum under ORRFA / L. It has been a very fun deal, am not sure I understand 50% of it myself. And yes, Hornsy and TiB have developed a new language that makes Esperanto look really easy to learn and understand.
Just a thought would their be enough intrest to start a new ORFF next season, seems to be a few around?
Okay. Lance has responded: "Lost a lot of interest in fantasy after the bye rounds, i was planning on doing this again next season. Do as you will." It is equally a yes and a no. Comments from vested interests please.
Taking out all bias views, he doesn't sound very keen, whats to say he won't lose intrest again next year? It would be good to keep the original coach but I would rather have no 0's next year and an active league.
Sorry TiB, been following the wrong thread So as I understand it, we have Gravenger lined up for BL's franchise & "fitzy's mate"....lined up for X's Penguins ?? 1. Does Fitzy's mate have a name? 2. Is he anything like Fitzy? 3. As previously stated, 4 strikes you're out has been my stance, providing there are no extenuating circumstances. """Lost a lot of interest in fantasy after the bye rounds.......""" is not one of those. I'm sorry if its harsh, but 30 secs a week isnt much to ask. So I vote BL out, Grave in. 4. Equally, although not sure this is up to a vote, X out & Fitzy's mate in. 5. Has the all powerful TiB worked out draft ramifications yet for the tanked franchises ? sNoZ, standing firmly behind the man behind the curtain!
My mate's name is Lenny, his account his Lenny120. What do you mean is he anything like me? He loves his fantasy and his AFL. He finished Supercoach ranked 755, so he has good fantasy knowledge, he visit's TS reguarly but doesnt post on forums much, that can be changed though
I have only as much vested interest as any other manager, I think you commit to something like this for the long term, or you are not committed to it. Fading in and out of interest is what SC public leagues are for imo.

Quote from Simonoz on September 11, 2012, 21:08 PS... 6. Is there a vote to nuke Chels anywhere ?
If memory serves me correctly it was vetoed by the Commish on the grounds that he likes visiting the country and, as nuclear devices are banned here, by definition we cannot be nuked.
LOL chels. Does sound a bit like many of our current politicians. Our friend in NY is in a generous mood today. His previous "stance" was 3 strikes and you're out. As for ramifications, I think we have moved firmly on our two worst cases. Those in the 'nearly' category should be given the chance of redemption. But if our draft/delistings, etc. are stuffed up by any non-shows, I will have to ask to borrow Hornsy's sceptre again. As such, at this point in time, there will be no draft ramifications. We will of course (in the ORFFA main thread) be thrashing out what those penalties should be going forward. My reading of the SnoZ epistle was that, if Lenny is anything like Fitzy, then he is a sure starter. Decision to be confirmed on Friday. Ditto Gravenger. In the event that both are confirmed I will ask the almighty to do the necessary so our new coaches can access accounts (bearing in mind I won't be around for the following week, so they may need some guidance from the masses in setting up). Otherwise it can wait. In the meantime, suggest both read the rules thoroughly and think about tipping walesy some cash next year.

Word is, given enough interest, a new league may be established. Suggest you register your interest with both Hornsy and walesy. In the meantime you might like to read up on the rules in the ORFFL thread as this also explains pretty much what it is all about. And, yes, it is bloody good.

Would be interested if another league was made. Probably should look at the rules just so I can understand this a little better. Been reading the forums all year and all I really understood was what ORFFA and ORFFL stand for!!!
