At #37 the Nuffers feel this guy should fit right into the culture we've carefully cultivated here - Stevie Milne come on down, you're posse awaits. of course. Melbandy, we could have identified this correlation earlier. I should have thought that he would fit in well at the Nuffas. He didnt quite gell at Gariwerd, but it was still a hard decision to drop him. He also won our reserves B&F last year too! And our magoos will certainly miss him.

To keep things flowing - Pick 45 - Jack Newnes, Stkilda. You can only have him once Chris. Nice pick.

Cradle Mountain's first two picks were easy to decide on however I found it difficult to decide on the club'sthird pick, in the end the Devils have settled on mature age recruit Lee Spurr from Fremantlewith selection 46.

thanks for the correction Bandito. Was having a taste of a nice Rose which is pinot based - Wild Earth 2012 for those interested, a Central Otago producer who is a new sponsor of the Waikiks who keeps asking why kick (the bloody septic tanks don't get it do they) and in my rush to get to the microphone ....

I'm glad that the Jordan Murdoch/Jordan Russell got sorted out. While my moniker is a derivative of my love for two highly maligned former Carlton players Simon Wiggins and Jordan Russell, I think that I would prefer Murdoch to Russell (despite the change of club and solid NAB1 game) at this stage of their respective careers.

BTW, chief - good pick young Jordan Murdoch. On my wish list he came to the Waikiks at pick 4. Still 3 out of 3 ain't bad! Eat your heart out Meatloaf.

  9. Speaking of which Terry, am I going to see out the draft for Far Kew or are we going to hand it over to Jen at some point so she can start shaping her squad?

I am starting to think I am a terrible judge of talent, I made a list of my best available 21 players 13 picks ago, and only 3 are gone

I am very flattered if you think I am getting better at this drafting caper TiB. Can see how BB's notes might be an advantage to me.
BTW, I do not mind if others share info - apparently Gen Y sees any step up as a bonus, I just wish I was young enough to be part of GenY.

You dont need to counter to make your point CR. You just need to point towards the scoreboard :)

Hey everyone Just wonted to drop a note and say thanks for letting me take over the team, well at least I hope you will let me take over the team. Also looking forward to having a draft pick or two, when I'm official.

g'day Jen, should we agree to your picking up the FK team could I suggest you concentrate on your spelling? TiB is very particular in that area and can be quite acerbic.
Where is Wagga Wagga and pick 47?
