g'day Jen, should we agree to your picking up the FK team could I suggest you concentrate on your spelling? TiB is very particular in that area and can be quite acerbic. Where is Wagga Wagga and pick 47? You will also learn a tonne of new words.... acerbic... hmm

    Pick #47- Jarrod Witts

  3. Hi Jen, I hope that my additions to Far Kew (if you take over of course) in Majak Daw and Matthew Watson serve you well. They should both be great players in my opinion, and for a good time to come

nothing wrong with precision in language Fitzy. We admire precision in footy players and we should admire it in those who need to communicate.

No problem at all, I wasn't kidding when I said you learn a lot of new words haha.

nothing to be sorry about Jen, especially if you work on you grammar and punctuation as well - TiB can be quite mordant.
Hopefully everybody here sees the banter as good humoured (and perhaps informative?).
    Now where is pick 48?

Wouldn't be too concerned, Jen. If correct spelling, grammar and punctuation were mandatory at all times in this league, it's doubtful we'd have as many teams as we do! :)

Now where is pick 48? How is it that every time someone tries to correct someone, they always seem to make a mistake?
    Until now I guess... :)

Until now I guess... :) Shouldn't that be 'How is it that every time someone tries to correct someone else, they always seem to make a mistake?'?

There is an edit feature for that.

Okay, okay, all ready. Guilty and I deserve all and any derision.
Can we get on with the draft please? Ou est pick #48?
Today a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves.

Sorry lady and gents (welcome Jen by the way), I was distracted by some wonderful veal and some great company.
I am quite happy that my pick dilemma at pick 38 has ended well. Going for midfield depth again here, someone who will fill in admirably in the absence of some others. Played a solid 22 last year at a 73 average and I hope he can pick up a few extra tidbits this season for the Spelunkers. WIth a bit of luck may crack the ton every now and then if he can snag a goal or two.
[span style='font-size: 12px;]At pick #48, the Spelunkers welcome aboard Liam Picken. [span style='font-size: 12px;]
[span style='font-size: 12px;]A big thanks to Jason for the drafting advice on this one.
