Good one..........one and all. Thank you.

  2. Sorry if I held things up folks, but congratulations to Jen on becoming the new coach of the Lilacs. I am sure they will be a force to be reckoned with for many a season to come

Great work by all the office bearers and welcome Jen. You don't happen to be a tall leggy ranger with a beautiful voice whose boyfriend's band recently supported Claire Bowditch's tour?

And as all arabic camel herders would say at the end of a muster... khalas!
The draft has been run, done, and in a few months we will see who has it won!
Great job Len and TiB at keeping the ship on it's course.
Thanks to BB for stepping in to keep it running
Thanks to Jen for jumping in halfway and taking on a team... Far Kew will appreciate the relocation to the Lovely Banks I am sure. And thanks to the rest of you for keeping me company... it gets a bit lonely in the dark of the Pit as I was burning the midnight oil over draft profiles, scouting reports and cheerleader demo videos....

Great work Lenh on the draft - brilliantly done to get things through and over in a week (even with a 36 hour hold up related to the Frogs and an absent owner). Prap - read your post on the late picks with interest. Reckon it is really really important to get something out of a really late pick in this draft. I've been heartened by the performance of a couple of late picks that I had question marks over - Bewick and Towers - in the Mickey Mouse Cup on the weekend. Towers in particular might be a real smoky, especially given Sydney's older list and the threat of 'late start/premiership hangover/lots of rust' that hangs over them. Best of luck everyone onward and upward.

fantastic work Len you are a legend my man. Sadly that status does not convert into SC points for ORFFA.
A big congrats to the whole ORFFA community for both keeping the picks rolling and the good natured banter along the way. All I can say is I hope the Waikiks play as well as I have talked them!

thanks guys, it was for the most part a whole bunch of fun, already planning for the MSD.
Will provide some illumination on the 'rules' for that very shortly in the started thread, should be no surprises but hopefully clarity.

Just for a bit of fun, how did the ORFFA's top draft picks go at the weekend? Is the answer, 'will play, but when'? Brisbane, Carlton and Collingwood seem to be taking the silverware seriously and have opted to load their teams with experience, shutting out many of the rookies we would all like to see. Anyway, here they are, weekend DT scores in the first column: <table width='486' cellspacing='0' cellpadding='0' border='0]
