I really should take more notice of who I put into my team lol Spelunkers 959/15... with some horrible selection nightmares... questions will be answered (and I'll stay off the booze)

I should do the same re: the booze, both with team selection and when trading. But I'm guessing I won't :)

Waikicks (1237) defeat Misfits (1200), :I am unable to reconcile to these numbers Len,so lets agree and move on.
Les W medal 5 votes - Jeremy McGovern (Waikicks) 145 points 4 votes - Dan Hannebery (Waikicks) 133 points 3 votes - Daniel Rich (Misfits) 126 points 2 votes - Nat Fyfe (Waikicks) 115 points 1 vote - Jarryn Geary (Waikicks) 111 points
A narrow win for the Waikicks With 4 players earning Les W votes one would have thought it would have been comfortable. Far from it, the next highest point score was 87. Sure there were a few missing due to injury or poor team selection (yep, I am looking at you Brad Scott) but really guys. Did you not get the memo that we plan to de-list players to take part in the MSD?
Prediction: Len's GWS mids and forwards will beat up on a number of teams this year.

Saturday night update. Lovely Banks 837/11 Gariwerd 603/7 pretty even so far not one player has scored 100 yet for either team, but 9 of the 17 who have played have scored in the 90s. That should have been: 9 of the 18... My Adelaide boys made up for the no hundreds thing pretty well, both smashing out massive tonnes! Tex Walker was on fire! My boys went bang today! Had 6 guys play today and they scored 723 between them :) Tex 177 Smith 144 Wingard 121 Polec 113 Fisher 100 Jeremy Cameron 68

It wasfrustrating asshite to watch those scores come in, lol, but that'sjust the nature of the game.Your defenders were down on what would be expected as well, so you could easily havehad abetter scoreyourself. Tom McDonald is yet to post a score under 90 from 4 games this year.Left him out as I wasn't sure about howhis preseason numbers wouldtranslate tothe real stuff.Fair to say helooms as a likely inclusion next week.

Don't know the exact scores, but I think Darraweit managed about 1200 which, according to Simon, is likely enough to get home over the revamped Grasshoppers.

Starting midfield averaged barely 60 points per player, which is a massive concern. Betts, Edwards, Rance and Mcintosh helped get the Blimps home.

I'll wait for TSLeagues to be updated before I get the votes together. I think Betts might get the 5 though.

Facing the Waikiks in Round 2, and can't see how I can get a win there unless my mids pick up or a couple of key players (Walker, McGlynn, etc) return from injury.

Midfield is going to be stretched pretty badly for a while yet with Ross and O'Meara out. Newnes and even Edwards might be getting some midfield time.

Guys Les is away, due back today I think, please do not change your teams in tsleagues until he has rolled the scores, otherwise you will affect the validity of last weeks results.

Teams can be changed, altered etc as scores have been done.

I'll do a quick Round 1 review later on

Also to confirm - Darraweit d Gundagai 1226 to 986.

    Les W votes:
    5 - Eddie Betts (Darra)
    4 - Kamdyn Mcintosh (Darra)
    3 -Alex Rance (Darra)
    2 - Shane Edwards (Darra)
    1 - Taylor Adams (Hoppers)

Thank God for that Richmond connection.

Chris, hold hard. I am not seeing correct round 1 scores and we might create a problem.

I still had the first team you posted. 1231-1180 it is.

Vultures happy with a round 1 total of 1346, Cradle Mountain unlucky to lose with a solid performance. Also a mention to Jack Crisp for becoming a steal at pick 21 due to being let off his betting allegations. Debuted on the weekend with an 85. Also due to school I don't think I will be able to add up the Les W. votes this year. It shouldn't be as hard though due to the tsleagues working properly for the full season unlike last year.
