Gariwerd Cockatoos Pick 5 - Zach Tuohy (Carlton Football Club) - Defender that gives us 7 defenders in our squad now :) Which is enough.

He was next on my list when for last selectionI picked Nick Smith at 27 in the Mid-Season Draft, I was amazed that Tuohywasn't picked up in the MSD. If he hadof somehow survived to pick 16 of theExpansion DraftI would have picked him then.

I really should be picking a ruckman, but the ones I'd reckon are worth picking are already gone (gawn)

I can see an opening here for Charlie if he wants to take it.

Won't make any comment on that pick Len. Warriors with pick #9 take Brodie Murdoch. A young forward prospect from the Saints who, if justice is upheld, should get some game time. Soon.

My previously impenetrable short list is starting to take on a distinctly Swiss cheese look :(

Damn there's still about 5 guys I'd like to pick up and only one pick left.... the draft list was much deeper than I first thought.

I think that was pick #11 Chief, no harm done as I did not reveal my pick 13.
BTW, Chris I see you got a quick return from the MSD with yourpick 31 'Lachlan Hunter. Welcome to town.' to debut this week. Well done.

Thanks Chels - I'll be able to watch his debut as well, as I'll be taking my son to the game on what will most likely be a freezing evening at Docklands. My knees feel sore just thinking about it. We'll be cheering on the opposition, but am looking forward to seeing young Lachlan run around. And hopefully a rendition of 'Yellow and Black' occurs at the end.

Anyway, pick 12 (or is that 12a?) - Daniel Currie
