Yeah I need a ruckman that's for sure. It'll also make me put my team in on Thursday nights! I always do DT, SC and then forget about ORFFA! Should be the reverse order no doubt!

Ant, let me try to understand this. With a trade in which you are involved not having gone through the 48 hour negative acceptance farce which you describe as "pending league approval of the trade" while it is clearly nothing of the sort, you are closing up the shop. Does "closing up the shop" mean the proposed trade above is off or on?

So the trade between Terry and I is still open for criticism for roughly another day; and no new trades can be announced as of 30 min ago. Would be good to get confirmation from Xenomorph, but thats how I interpreted his rules.

Anth is correct here. All those who read the post would have understood that they had until 19:40 last night to post trades. Thus allowing 48 hour veto time before... etc etc. Pretty logical really. You would think even a theoretic type academic would get this.

So you will now get my 1st round MidSeason Draft pick. 2 first round picks for you. And I can now welcome Nathan Vardy to Gariwerd. Only a few months ago, there were doubts about him ever playing again; however, we believe that, once in the Cockatoo system with our medical team, we will be able to have him playing some level of footy by the end of this season and pushing for our #1 ruck spot in 2013.
