Yes it will be available. The thread was posted prior to the draft and listed dates in OP of both trade periods. Good pickup though Perhaps the rules need cleaning up... Unless im missing something? Does anyone remember that our intent was to only have auctions before drafts and not after?
Can't recall any limitations on auctions being only before drafts - only limitations on post draft trading was that teams had to have equal player movements in any post draft trades due to every team needing to maintain equal list sizes of 30
