1184 from 13 so far, not tracking opponents scores so no idea if that's likely to break our duck or not
Pointers currently sitting on a less than impressive 562/7 with some big guns yet to play (Blicavs, Boomer, Jordan Lewis, etc). Hoping for some big scores from the remaining players, but am disappointed to have Ah Chee's 86 as mid emergency topping Greenwood's 72 and Amon's 77 in the magoos better than Greene (52) and Jenkins (61). Seems Toby can only be bothered pumping out good scores when not picked - coaching staff are very disappointed in the lad and have put him on notice!!!
Chinchilla Chumps are currently 9/892 in their battle with the Heard Is. Shags who are sitting on 11/890.
924 from 12 is leaving Mole creek's Brisbane trio with a lot of work to do to hold off a fast finishing Maralinga who are 8/540
Useless Loop appear to have got the chocolates against the Fugitives 1283 - 1264 in another narrow lose for the Fugitives.
Meanwhile at the shallow end of the pool, Mole Creek are on the board with a 1204-1054 win at home against Maralinga Atoms.
Seriously stiffed are the 'Burns. 3rd best points for and some major daylight between you and then next mug in the points against column. Time for some namesake medicine.
This match was an absolute cracker with nothing separating the 2 sides throughout the entire weekend, until the home side snatched a narrow victory over the gallant Walpole Woylies (@port_leschenault) by 6 points (1253-1247) which was the first ORFFF match decided by 18 points or less showing just how fortunate the home side were. Initial reports from unconfirmed sources are that the Woylies Shoenmakers (29) fell into a bog at half time while heading to the changerooms and failed to show for the 2nd half. The Black Swamp footy club are remorseful for this and will provide a full induction for the Cockburn Avengers (@Len) prior to their Round 4 matchup at the Paddock, where according to the poll above the visitors will start overwhelming favourites. Full match reporting can be accessed at the Black Swamp team thread http://tooserious.net/forum/threads/black-swamp-29ers-team-thread.89097/
Having copped the 1st, 2nd and 6th most points scored ever in the ORFFF in their first 3 matches it would appear that @Bearfly in framing the 2016 fixture has given the Avengers a rough ask early one, however @Len now faces Black Swamp and Walpole in the next fortnight and will be at short odds to rebound to a 2-3 record. The Avengers also have locked up the top 3 spots in the highest aggregate games this season it will be interesting to see how long they hold those spots for. http://tooserious.net/forum/threads/orfff-all-time-match-and-team-records.89401/
There was action aplenty and several records set in Round 3 with the ORFFF's highest ever Score (1488 by the Dropbears), the highest and lowest ever aggregate scores (Dropbears vs Avengers and Glow-worms vs Atoms respectively) and the highest and lowest victory margins were established by Jan Juc (320) and Black Swamp (6). http://tooserious.net/forum/threads/orfff-all-time-match-and-team-records.89401/
