An indifferent weekend for @Dale Duivesteyn team, with the new Weekend at Charlie Cameron on holiday and Honeychurch was praying for forgiveness. It was no better in defence all muscled out by the home side big bodied forward. Finally, a shining light with O’Meara setting the field on fire with Treloar and Dunstan providing some great run.

For the home side, hothead Sicily was back and ready to make amends and monolith JJK back and with immediate impact inspiring the team to great heights. The Sandman stood tall all day and Robbie the Gray showed us every shade.

The cheers could be heard around the park, again and again, what a Useless Loop!

    BOG

    J O’Meara (NB) 146
    R Gray (ULV) 145
    A Sandilands (ULV) 139

Congrats on the win @YAD69, from my counting it's a club record margin for your side.

    ORFFF Round 4 highlights
The 29ers made it 4 from 4 this season - equalling their total from the entire 2017 campaign - by defeating the Shags @anthak, with Black Swamp's 1292 being their highest score so far this season.

The Fugitives @tyze1, Boozers @leematty1 and Avengers @Len each won their 3rd matches of the season against the Woylies @port_leschenault, Whales @Darran and Noahs @That KI Guy respectively. Walpole were an unlucky loser despite scoring 1360 (the ORFFF’s 5th highest ever losing score in the 290 matches played to date) and the Avengers make it 3 straight over the Noahs.

Useless Loop @YAD69 registered a club record 264 point win against the Bucks @Dale Duivesteyn to move to 2-2 and replace their opposition in the top 8. Also squaring the ledger were Jan Juc @thokash and Port Lincoln @MrsBear who defeated Wedge Island @Bearfly and Mole Creek @ViQBoZ respectively, with the Ducks moving to 3-0 all time against the White Pointers.

In the last match of the round the Dropbears @stowie defeated the Atoms @Brett Sanders to notch their first win of season 2018, and their 3rd from 3 meetings with Maralinga.

Macquarie Island, Cockburn and Useless Loop all winning against ORFFA opposition to make the ORFF* knockout quarter finals for 2018.

    ORFFF Round 4 lowlights
Mole Creek registered their 2nd lowest ever score (equal 7th lowest all time) of 999 against the Power, while the White Pointers are the other team yet to open their account for this year ahead of Rivalry Round in Round 5.

In a completely unrelated announcement Black Swamp has declared an open bar for visiting players and coaching staff for their Round 15 (AFL Round 19) clash with the 2016 premiers from Neptune Island @That KI Guy. RSA will of course restrict each player or coach to a 3 carton/15 jug minimum per day. Wine, cider and spirits limits will apply similarly.

Based on their round 4 scoring Jezza Howe, Seb Ross, (former 29er) Zac Fisher and Tom Lynch (Adel) are more than welcome to check in a few days early to get their free booze on, provided it lasts long into the weekend ! Durries will be extra.
