    For a while now I've written at length at on the favours, foibles and fortunes of all the teams in the grand fantasy football competition of ORFFL. Partly out of duty, mostly out of love, I've dissected this game and those playing it to give you all something to read on a frighteningly irregular basis. Not this week. This week is for me.

      I think giving players named yesterday their average score would be good but I'm not that concerned either way, just want to know what I should do before going out for the night.

      The majority of coaches voted against any measures to help out if Essendon players got banned so I'd assume most would see this as a similar case

      I reckon the difference is that people knew of the ESS situation for years, this has happened suddenly.

      And if you have to go, we'll either go with avg. score for players named for the GEE/ADE game or 2 points for all ORFFL teams, if you want to set up your team. I'll give it until 7pm AEST and we either have a majority or I'll make a call.

      I would rather we played as per usual but the Adelaide and Geelong players in everyone's line-up just get their average. For some reason, I think it seems fairer than 2 points for everyone. But if everyone else feels different then I am ok with whatever is the group decision.

      Alright cheers mate, my team is in and I'll accept whatever the majority votes.

      Just in case they decide donuts then I'd move:

      Thompson off - Sinclair on
      Laird off - Mzungu on OOP
      Motlop off - Dixon on
      JKH on as Forward E

      Sounds like SC will be awarding the 25 named players with their average (or price-based average if they haven't played).

      It's gunna play havoc with my salary calc for the next few weeks assuming the scores don't count in movement!! :D

      Think that means we play ball as usual yeah?

      ok, seems this is just for AFLFantasy at this point.

      Hopefully VS follow suit. Seems the fairest solution for all.

      I'm of the opinion it's unprecedented. No one scores and this round becomes null and void. Everyone gets 2 points and no percentage affected. Impacts me more than most because unless otherwise noted PBR hasn't submitted a team

      Essendon players willingly did this, Walsh, the Crows and Cats were impacted with no foreknowledge. No fantasy coach could prepare for this, but we were (and still are) all able to do so for the Bombers.

      If you play teams, my changes would be:
      DEF: Moore on for Mackie, Hunt into EMG
      RUC: McKernan from bench to replace Jacobs
      INT: Insert Boston from MID EMG

      CBF doing anything else, still think 2 points no percentage the only way to play this week.
