Anyone interested in young players with potential i have Tom Powell and Billy Dowling available. All my draft picks are available as sweeteners also if required. Am looking at win now good scoring forwards primarily and as a back up win now good scoring defenders . Also willing to trade Hewett if interested in an older mid or Ned reeves but would want a ruck back in trades with him
As stand in coach for @walesy I have agreed with @EddieV that 2025 PSD picks 23, 77 and 95 are to be to be sent to the Wanderers in exchange for 2025 PSD picks 36, 54 and 72 to be sent to the Chargers
putting some aging players on the table - will take youth or picks - PM me if you think these guys can help you tilt a flag prestia boak j.cripps t.mitchell
Willing to trade some of my 'older' players (but still under 30) since they don't fit my list profile anymore Jayden Short Brayden Maynard Zach Guthrie Blake Hardwick (D/F)
G'day Len and Stripey, I've just sent my details your way, cheers Phil, thanks for all your good work keeping the comp running, great job.
My suggestion to speed up the draft is to shorten the time between picks especially after the second round has concluded, all coaches to designate a proxy coach if they are not available. If we do miss a pick, then that coach can jump back in any time after their time has expired to make their next pick. It's never going to work for everyone, and I know some of us are overseas and interstate however it shouldn't be a major issue for the 3rd to 7th round picks I'd hope, just a thought.
Another deal is done. The Lorikeets have traded with The Wanderers. Lorikeets acquire Tom Powell and Warburton 1st rd pick for Charlie Curnow and Jeparit-Rainbow 2nd rd pick.
Trade Alert - Warburton trade g.hewett, pick 29 (i was told which is Jeparit-RL 2nd rd pick). and 77 to albert park for J.Hogan and APP 3rd and 6th round 2025 PSD picks
Hi all. Keen for a top 5 pick this year, happy to offer my first, second and APP's second in exchange, or a combination of those and an older player. Let me know if you're interested.
Hi All, @stripey will possibly have some updates to follow but; 1. The Chargers and the Hammerheads have played their last season in the league, a huge thank to both @walesy and @Lucas for everything you have brought to the league for well over a decade! This situation and sentiment is now extended to the Glamas and @graeme! 2. All three squads will have new owners, meaning much of this original post is redundant, so will adjust accordingly. 3. As stripey has posted I've said I will be willing to commish the league going forward, could we please get any other interest or objections on the table asap 4. There will be some tweaks to the draft rules going forward; 4a Coaches will no longer be robo-assigned the highest average player, once their timer has expired their pick will skipped and can be taken once back online. 4b 6 hour window and pick clock paused between Midnight and 6am Melbourne time entrenched. 5. I will try to get the outdated "rules" thread updated when I get back in late March, basically other than the notes above I just established processes documented so nobody has to guess or ask. 6. As a reward for effort Commish recieves pick 1 every draft 7 Point 6 is just to make sure I got everyone's attention for a bit, FAKE NEWS
Big news. Alright well I guess that now means @stripey and @thokash have top 5 picks now too, so consider my offer.
Have been disinterested in FL for some time. The feeling has exacerbated recently. So @tim0714 bring your guy in, That will stabilise the league at 16 players. Good luck to all.
I also have a mate whos keen to get on board. That makes 17, does anyone else know anybody who would be interested?
@Tracey has expressed interest, I'll check with stripey, though I do think the New World Order for AFL makes a 16 team league a better option tbh.
