Why no one pick 8th? They are clearly worst!

Down with @Lucas and the Hammerheads.

Quolls looking forward to a finals-shaping contest with the Savages, and will be out for revenge.

Some favourable match-ups for Queenstown include:

    Gibbs, Curnow v Lions
    Robinson v Blues
Day, Wright & Saad v Dons
    Motlop v Richmond
    Thompson, Laird v Freo
Boyd, Hrovat & Morris v Pies

Potential for the Quolls best game in a fair while. Good luck all.

Hey Bear, what do you reckon the odds are on Dixon not going off injured and actually having a good game?

Cannot believe Savages decided not to dine out on my carcass.
A few ins this week but a few "managed" outs. Can't buy luck at the moment. Playing with 14 this week.

    Outs:
D - Ramsay Mackie Wright Laidler Scharenberg Carlisle
M - Macrae Gore (mercifully light)
R - Jacobs (my only ruck but there are no decent backups who could've been drafted at mid season who are playing this week anyway)
    F - Waite Griffiths Menzel

Leaving these guys to go TORA TORA TORA they can take our lives but they'll never take our Hamburgers!
D - Trengove Talia Smith Aish
    M - Neale R Gray Shiels Shiel
    R - overrated in today's footy
F - Gunston Garlett Daniher Moore
    INT - Guthrie S Gray

    Awwwwww, you guys!

I've always said I'd rather be feared than loved, but I think the reality is that you all fear how much you love to be afraid of me.

The only thing you have to fear is fear itself.

That, and getting spanked by the Quolls, which is a legitimate concern.

The scoreboard down here at Sarah Island doesn't seem to be working just at the moment but my count has the score at half-time as:

    QUE 796/8
    SAR 744/9

Quolls are fighting hard and looking solid so far, but the game will go down to the line with 5 players in the final match.

Also I'm a bit surprised there hasn't been more talk around the finals this year.

Other progress scores which I think are correct:

GLE 864/9 with Bartel, May, B. Smith, Hall, Lynch (ADE) and Matera to play
TLP 1233/14 with Lever to play

MAL 893/10 with Houli, Harbrow, Betts, Cameron and Duncan to play
HDH 830/11 with Talia, Daniher, Neale and Guthrie to play

POP 983/11 with KK, JJ, Lyons and Collins to play
SBS 899/11 with D. Rioli, DANGERFIELD, Douglas and Weller to play

I think the higher ranked teams are favourite in all 3 matches from here but anything could happen.

Aside from being super busy, I've also been trying not to shoot my big mouth off...and hey, that decision seems to be paying off this weekend. Can't believe we're going to Golden State it again.

Oh, and here I was trying to get you to shoot your big mouth off.

Anyway match is far from over yet, the Quolls have a talent for stuffing things up. Game on.

I was pretty close to doing my regular thing on Friday; sadly/gratefully life intervened and got in the way of me posting.

Shall be cheering you on for the remainder of the finals if ye best me, Iain.

Or one of the other teams. I dunno. I'll be pretty drunk on commiserations at that point.
