    Blowflies in mourning

    Vikings 1328 def Blowflies 1138

In the heart of a graveyard shaped like an oval, a battle of epic proportions was about to unfold. The air was charged with tension as the Nuytsland Vikings and the Korumburra Blowflys faced off for the final battle of the season. At the center of the graveyard lay a square, and within that square, the clash of these two forces began.

Leading the charge for the Nuytsland Vikings was their fearless leader, English. With a quick wit and a heart full of bravery, he rallied his troops – Petracca, a warrior known for his lightning reflexes; Warner, a master of swift and calculated strikes; and Libba, a stalwart with unshakable resolve. Together, they dominated the square, their swords flashing and shields held high.

On the opposing side, the Korumburra Blowflys were initially overwhelmed. Their resistance crumbled before the might of the Nuytsland Vikings. The Blowflys' leader, Kelly, though, possessed the same spirit as his Viking counterpart. With Dunkley and Martin at his side, he devised a cunning strategy. The Blowflys' unique ability to see behind themselves came into play – they outmaneuvered the Vikings and began gaining ground.

Nuytsland's defense was strong, even with one man down. Each Viking fought with the determination to be remembered for great deeds, just as their ancestors had done. The clash of swords and the cries of warriors echoed throughout the graveyard. Young, Newman and Hurn held the line, their bravery inspiring their comrades to stand firm.

As the battle raged on, the Blowflys' characteristics came into play. They moved quickly and had large, movable heads – a combination that allowed them to pivot and change direction with astonishing speed. This agility gave them a distinct advantage, and they began to exploit the weaknesses in Nuytsland's formation.

Yet, the Nuytsland Vikings would not yield. With quick thinking and determination, they adjusted their tactics. English's leadership shone as he organized his troops to counter the Blowflys' maneuvers. Libba's lightning reflexes saved them from several critical blows, and Warner's calculated strikes turned the tide in their favor. Young's unyielding defense held strong, even in the face of the Blowflys' rapid assaults.

The battle reached its climax as both sides fought tooth and nail for victory. Just when it seemed the Nuytsland Vikings might be overrun, English's quick wit devised a daring plan. With a rallying cry, the Vikings regrouped and unleashed a final, coordinated assault. The Blowflys, taken off guard, struggled to keep up with the Vikings' renewed vigor.

In the end, the Nuytsland Vikings emerged victorious. Through bravery, action, and quick thinking, they had secured their place in history a dynasty prevails.

And as the sun set on the battlefield, the memory of this epic slaughter would live on, in the name of Valhalla forever Nuytsland Vikings.

    3. Kelly 146
    2. Martin 139
