Don't we have to wait til the rollover is done before we can add/remove players.......I could be wrong but I thought that was the case....

 

I just found the rule.......at the beginning of this thread...

No player movement during a round.
Free agents are available from the time tsleagues is rolled over and scores/ladder updated.

 

its a silly rule tbh... just dumb luck if you happen to be the first to log on after it happens

 

Totally agree.....especially for coaches in different time zones...

 

I was working on the basis of Len's post #33 in the ts Addicts "Rules" Thread as there is no other change since then:

"Yep mate, once draft is over trading and pool dipping via this thread http://tooserious.net/forum/threads/tsaddicts-player-movement-thread.89346/ is a free for all, other than for the embargo on pool claims due to waiver wire running between the final game of the round and 7pm Tuesday each week "

I am also a newbie, is there something I have missed?

 

I see the post I referred to above was posted on the same day as this thread was started. However, the 7pm Tuesday bit is not in the post in this thread - odd.

I'll reverse the trade outlined in #141 above if you like.

 

I actually don't have a problem with moving players once the round is done and before the start of the next round, so your Ward>Keays is fine by me, it's just that I was under the impression we had to wait til rollover.
I've got a couple I want to move on but didn't want to jump the gun...
Maybe I should just post them now and let the "powers that be" decide if it's OK or not..

Thanks amigo. Reckon the 7pm Tuesday rule was / is a good idea. Should walesy be a bit late rolling the site over we have a definite time when we can come on here and trade.

 

I have no problem with FA pick ups when the rollover is late @choppers & @graeme
Its midday Wednesday in OZ and the next match is on in less than 36 hrs. Rollover is late. Not going to penalize active coaches.

Agreed all - 7pm AEST/AEDST every Tuesday during active game weeks is when the pool is open moving fwd. rules will be updated to reflect. Pool still closes at first bounce of first game in each game week.
