Yeah it would, but I want to try to avoid having coaches swayed by seeing how others have voted before them. Not sure if there's much of that, and if it makes a difference anyway, plus I've left it open so votes can be changed.... Currently 3, 10, and 3.
Damn peoples having the ability to manage things on their own! How am I supposed to dictate and micro-manage??? All good mate. If most don't think its an issue, I'll set up all future polls to be the same way. Edit: I missed that there was a whole second page to this thread with other responses, until after I responded to the first one... oh well....
Wouldn't have done so if the vote was close or able to be changed, but with 2 non responders and 7 votes difference (ie 3 to 10) it's highly unlikely that the result would be anything but. I actually prefer the 'can't see til you vote' method, but like I said in this instance the outcome was assured so no harm in making public
