Nice little double for Weazel - Arinosa -> Dear Demi Was not happy with Walker's poor excuse for a ride on Maraatib - would've been right up there if he didn't try to bring the horse out on the turn only to have to check off heels and go back to rails - lost all momentum but still finished full of running, probably the best last 400 sectional of the race (definitely the best last 200)!!!

@Weazel - I thought Lord Of Brazil was well over the odds in that race and the fave way unders - ignored all the tipsters with their "load up on New York" comments and stuck with the punters pal DKWeir with a redback each way on the Lord - snared the nice exacta too and even had the 3rd horse in my 5 horse boxed exacta (should've gone with the tri)!!! Now we move on to stakes day on Saturday with some more quality fields lining up - Mental @ $6 & Hallowell Bell @ $15 look good value in the Patinack based on their last runs; Happy Trails @ $16, Solzy @ $7.50 & Secret Admirer @ $19 are among the value picks atm in the Emirates; the Queen Elizabeth Stakes could be another trophy going overseas with Shawardi a strong chance (disappointed Brigantin didn't accept like planned) but will not be discounting Folding Gear, Ironstein, Vatuvei & Excluded

@Jolcon - yeah, I definitely missed that news about Brigantin - was really keen on him & Shahwardi going 1-2 in the QE Stakes!!!
