Real life is taking over at the moment and I didn't get to amend my TS Leagues team from the provisional put in at the start of the week. Bit of a shame as Giles has been finally named but never mind. Here it is, obviously Davis' score is going to count with Lonie out. However as the first team I posted in this thread was different to the team that was in too serious at lockout I thought that once my computer started working again I better update the team in this thread. If anyone took a screenshot of the teams at 7.50 pm last night or checked the matchday function they would have seen that I had made the changes to remove Gilbert and Hurley from the team and replaced them with Spurr and Vlastuin. Maybe I am living in the previous century but I don't have email on my phone. Len can you please PM me your mobile number and then if I do have computer issues I can at least text you if I need to. In this case I wouldn't have needed to contact anyone as I was happy that I was able to change my 15 man team and save it before my computer crashed. Historically, if I have made changes to the first team I post in the team thread I have posted an updated team with the changes in the same thread. I thought I better remain consistent and do the same thing this round, the only issue here is that I couldn't make the post until after the lockout and I could get my computer working again and post my team as it was at the 7.50 pm lockout.

All good Dean, I read you the other way around, that you had not changed the team in tsleagues in time, those are the ones that count. Definitely a phone generation or several in lag I've emailed you my mobile #, if anyone else has an issue with email via phone and feels they may need another way to sort a team in time let me know and I'll send it through..
Hey Len - can you send me via PM your email. I'm not sure if I have it. What I might do, to stop confusion, is to go to TSLeagues and put Wood in as defensive emergency. If I had've had my brain working it would've been Betts not Wood as emergency. But my brain wasn't working.
Looks like Jimbo may not have been able to update his team this week. Ablett is still onfield. Luckily for him he has a playing emergency on that line. Its a really close game between us at the moment, with only 2 points separating us. Im winning 943 to 941. Jim has Macrae, Gray and Griffen to come. I have Fisher, Wallis, Hickey, Wingard and JCameron to come.

From what I can see, graeme, despite being a couple down you're a big chance to get up this week. My lot have been shithouse - six guys haven't even managed 60 - so I'm not optimistic at all at this stage.
If I were a betting man JC, and I am, I would still be backing your guys to win. My reasoning - I have us 186 in front but with Geary and Hibberd to play. So pick a target number (around 360 at best would be my guesstimate) and deduct likely scores from Sheridan, Mundy, Treloar and Ebert. Could be close but .... we will see. It is bloody hard for 13 to beat 15 - of course, if Fyfe were fit and picked I would be confident!
Very lucky escape for the Chooks this week. Took some last minute heroics from Heater to get me over the line. Very unlucky Bandit! Now, with Rocket Eade not liking Zac Smith, I need to work out how to pick a ruckman who doesn't end up being the sub. Did it with Farren Ray a few weeks ago and now Colquhoun this week. And, can anyone beat Grav at the moment? My first round draft pick looks worse and worse by the week.
Well done Grav - reckon that if you score 1400+ you should, by default, win most weeks. Nice high scoring game with lots of good players ChiefRussell wrote: And, can anyone beat Grav at the moment? Reversing two entirely ill-considered trades done during the past trade period when I was snowed under with work and clearly not thinking straight probably would've mustered enough extra points for me to sneak home. Now thinking that those two trades have in a snap pretty much smashed a year's worth of careful trading and planning to rebuild my team. The ill-considered move to trade away Lachie Hunter when I didn't need to, and then to trade away a defender I really liked in Kamdyn Macintosh to gain a replacement for Mr Hunter (that replacement now not likely to get a game given Mr Hunter's 70+ possessions in the past two weeks) has undone a lot of good work and cost me dearly. Am starting to perhaps realise that given I did a good portion of the pre-season draft from a work conference, and really didn't put ample time into trading considerations at mid-year due to work, that Darraweit might need a proper full time coach rather than just hitting and hoping. I may have to look at trying to lure Kamdyn back to the Guim ....
The Cows record of undeserved, lucky wins continued. Sneaked home over the Battlers by virtue of not having to make any decisions about who to bench and who to play, while JC facing choices made, what proved to be, the wrong decisions. ]M]y late pappy used to say 'son, it is better to be lucky than good.' [span style='font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff;]Unfortunately it is possible that soon (perhaps as soon as this week) I'll be called on to make selection decisions and the problems that that entails.

Congrats on the win, graeme. A fair result in my eyes.13 beating 15 is a great effort and definitely NOTundeserved. Yes,a different choice in almost any linewould have given me a win, butthat shouldn't bemuch of a factorwitha 2 man advantage. The Cows were good and theBattlers were woeful.End of story.

I see the Hoppers and the Warriors both scored 1111 points. The bunch of quacks known as 'numerologists' place great store in the number ([span style='color: #8e8e8e; background-color: #ffffff;]This a powerful number sequence that one often sees when they are at their cusp of manifestation of their deepest desires. Since this number also resonates with the Number 4 energy vibration, effort must be made to manifest your intentions. Mediate daily on the Number 1111 to get in contact with your higher self and to clear your thoughts of any distractions. Now is the time to continue to focus, with positive and grateful attitude, on what you truly desire. As you progress, you should see other number sequences come to your attention meaning that you are genuinely progressing) If converted from binary code to decimals it translates as 15. Perhaps this all might mean TiB or sNoZ will end up fifteenth in the league? Anyway a 1111 all draw would have been fun. Thank you for reading.

Glad that Coniglio is starting to come through for u, though would hope he can lift his DE with some more time in the thick of it.
Votes for Lefties v Guim too: 5 - Goldstein LLL 4 - Crameri LLL 3 - Westhoff DGD 2 - Priddis LLL 1 - Walters DGD Also, a big shoutout to the Lilacs, whose persistence with youth has paid dividends with a win on the weekend to lift them from the bottom of the table. As someone who had no backline on the weekend, I envy the young defensive set up down Lovely Banks way - Rampe, Saad, Grimes, Moore, Carlisle, Pearce, Langdon, Bews .... whoa.
