Latish change for Warriors. Laidler out (not a good sign). Johannisen replaces him off the bench and The Plowman comes onto the pine.

Bring back Sheedy, Cameron couldn't pick a worse team blindfolded. Having said that, GWS by 27, St Kilda didn't pick Bruce, someone better let Richardson know that feed and grow isn't an overnight thing.... The Misfiring Misfits Backs:[span class='Apple-tab-span] Dean Terlich, Tom Young, Curtly Hampton, Jack Hombsch
Mids:[span class='Apple-tab-span]Callan Ward, Lachie Whitfield, Danny Stanley, Josh Kelly
    Ruck:[span class='Apple-tab-span] Patrick Ryder[span class='Apple-tab-span]
Fwds:[span class='Apple-tab-span]Devon Smith, Jeremy Cameron, Marco Paparone, Sam Day
IC:[span class='Apple-tab-span] Luke Dunstan, Blank All emergencies currently blank too[span class='Apple-tab-span]

Saints leaving out Bruce is plain odd, Giants leaving out Tomlinson almost as odd... Boyd is an interesting call, when is it too soon, the kid kicked 4 in the reserves last week, we watched the match live, he was dominant when the ball came at him and applied some good fwd pressure, but wasn't a constant presence on the game. He's not far off though Dean.

Gotta agree with you on Bruce, I thought he was almost certain to come in for the Saints to provide another alternative to play on Giants tall forwards, Cameron, Patton and Giles. The Giants are struggling for a match-up on Riewoldt and given his height and athleticism Tomlinson could have been an option toplay on Riewoldt for at least part of the game. Very happy with my Boyd selection in the PSD, wasn't counting on him playing early. After Ben Kennedy's pre-season form I was expecting him to cement his spot in the Magpies line-up but after being the sub in Round 1 he has been dropped for Round 2. Always knew I was taking a risk with my forwards and was well aware I might end up playing an out of position mid in the forward line.

Iron Knob complete side. Warm welcome back to Douglas AND Griffen! D: Hodge, Burgoyne, Sutcliffe, Hanley (EMG:Harbrow) M: Ablett, Griffen, NJones, Douglas (EMG: Mackay) R: Minson F: WAITE, Darling, [span style='color: #ff0000;]Goodes, Breust (EMG: JRIEWOLDT) INT: Goldstein, Shuey (EMG: MaCrae) For clarity, Goodes wont play so Riewoldt will count. Bad luck to young Jack MaCrae who had a storming game last week and cant get a spot on the field this week. Although unless Shuey pulls his finger out that wont be for long. Also taking a risk naming Sutcliffe over Harbrow who is generally pretty consistent, but we will see.

Waikikamoocaw Incorrigibles: D - McVeigh, Hibberd, Taylor, Duffield (E: Griffiths) M - Fyfe, Hannebery, Isaac Smith, NDS R - Jacobs (E: Simpson) F - T Mitchell, Crameri, Elloitt, M Wright (E: Robinson) I/C - H Mac, Ziebell (E: B Crouch) Some tough choices, think that Crouch is still short of match fitness but worried about H Mac in the heat of Q. Would loved to have an E a la Yarran; BTW, rumour going round the Bulls Bowling Club that Ryan Harwood might be a late in and a likely vest wearer.
