Goodesy never learnt his lesson from almost breaking Taylor Hunt's leg sliding in feet first during the NAB Cup. For that reason alone he deserves a week.
As much as I admire Goodes as a player and wish he played for Essendon, he has a history of doing things like this and others (knees in the back and hands in the back around contested ball and in packs). This time he got caught out...and I'd be very surprised if he gets let off. Just MO but I doubt he'll get off.
Not great for supercoaches but Adam Goodes officially found guilty by the MRP. According to AFL.com, MRP agreed it was negligent but still guilty. Goodes out for the week.
Damn, and Goodes is such a bad ass. Looks like Hall is gonna cover for Goodes in my team what are you guys who have him gonna cover with??
D.Smith is my cover for Goodes, more concerned about my cover for Lake (Ellis or Mohr, ughh). Also carrying Fyfe.
No Goodes but I have the lake problem so now have to choose Ellis or Morris...and I just know the one I leave on the bench will out score the other!
