@Tigersfor2012: No way would you trade Devon this week, he is set to jump big next week. Even a 65 will see him increase around $40k. Ellis - maybe if you're willing to cut your losses, although its a bit of a wasted trade imo. Bugg definitely. Bugg to Spurr for me leaving $460k in the bank. Mohr to Scotland and Shiel to Murphy next week when the two blue boys will have just about bottomed out.

Will have to reconsider my options!!!!
For me it is Bugg to Spurr, leaving me with a bit of cash to spend and then using it to upgrade in the mids. I am thinking of going Sheil to Watson, seems like he is going to do pretty well this year as are the bombers
Why would you be trading now that he has a 90+ score in his system and breakeven of 40? For me its Shiel & Magner to Mitcher & Boyd/Thompson/Judd
Bit of a different one but what are peoples thoughts on Michael Johnson? Thinking of Shiel>Johnson with Treloar moving to the mids to facilitate this. Then I have the DF link with Smedts and Johnson is having a break out year so far. I think with Lyons gameplan and his consistent scoring so far, it is not a crazy move. Also frees up your trading ability a little with the old switcharoo back and forth. With Smedts being a very slow burner, the ability to swap him and the 400m specialist may help when Smedtys possibly gets rested. Other options are Duffield or Brougthon, Freo boys because of bye balance. Lots of my Leauge have Brougthon so not that keen on him. Also Bugg>Brennan and then the week after thinking of doing a Milera>B Harvey and also a Porplyzia> R Okeefe. Fossils and all that but have missed the Danger/Sidey boat and reckon the fossils have some left in the tank. Need to get some wins under the belt and get some decent scores rolling, Harvey going to be at about $415,000 and Okeefe $$445,000. Living in the past?
Ok folks... I can pick up any two mids in the comp now.. Bye doesn't concern me as I am going for leagues. Currently have Ablett/Selwood/Watson. Who should I get? I am really eyeing off the Swan/Pendles double.... Murphy looks great value but will drop next week again.. Would I be getting him a week too early? Also there is Mitchell/Thompson and Boyd
@DC Pendles and Swan are great options but waiting that extra week to help upgrade other lines with the $$$ by getting Murphy is the better option for me. I have all 3 so you are onto a winner whatever way you go!
Agree in regards to DC. Pendles and Swan are a great combo to have but Murphy will be cheap. Boyd cannot come into consideration as disposal efficiency is poor. If you wait a little longer Priddis will be really cheap but again disposal efficiency and the fact he handballs more than Kevin Bartlett kicked poses a problem. With being able to pick any 2 midfielders, you're on a winner mate!!!
If you have the money for Stanton. As bad as it sounds, not totally convinced on him. Anzac day was the only real time he got tagged and he didn't do too well....in saying this he has scored 3 scores of over 160. Either this week or never. Reckon Tuck will tag him this week so expect a big game!
@Tigertime I am also very interested in B.Harvey... I have not seen his games though, what is happening to him to get all these low scores? Tagged heavily. A worry is that he has had games with 20+ possessions and still not gotten near the ton. Is he butchering his disposals? His price is very tempting, plus i love the fact he has a big heart but there may be too many question marks? Any Kangas supporters who can shed some light? @DC Take a look at Thompson, i love his draw and i plan to bring him in after his round 11 BYE, i hope he is semi affordable. Pendles a must have IMO. I think i am the only guy in SC without Deledio, should i pay top dollar and bring him in or get someone else (FWD) and hope he comes down in price in the coming weeks?
I traded ablett out when he was injured, would it be worth getting him in now and only being to do one upgrade this week, or just wait until after his bye?
Can get any prem mid (except for Pendles, Ablett, Boyd and Murph as I already have them). Who to get? Thinking Thompson.
@jesters - I wouldn't get Ablett until after bye. He's got a breakeven of 185 and he should drop down to at least 680,000 by the bye.
Who will be the best premium for the rest of the year, SCOTLAND, SHAW or SIDEBOTTOM.. Going to bring in one of them this week.. not sure who, i think Scotland will drop his price a bit more, so might wait on him.. Shaw looks to be playing higher up on a wing the last 2 weeks, might get more points. Can Sidebottom keep his last 3 weeks up?
Gonna go either Ellis/Bugg to Spurr and then Shiel to Ablett. For those thinking Ablett will drop in price significantly, take a look at who he's playing the next couple of weeks and what he averages against them. Will also be good to get a permacaptain back, Pendles just doesn't fill me with the same confidence. I would have made a defensive upgrade this week, but there are no worthwhile r11 premium defenders and I've already reached my quota from the other bye rounds.
Damn this forum gets me thinking! Cheers Guys! Bugg OUT -----> Goddard IN. Porplyzia OUT ---------> Sidebum IN!
I have some spare coin after going Gooodes to Horsley the other week. Going to go Hawkins to Sidebottom and Porps to Zaharakis
