Two injury hit teams came to battle it out in the Crater in what was destined to be a war of attrition. By the time Saturday night matches had completed, the Buffaloes were in a commanding position holding a 34 point lead with 3 fewer players having played thanks to a POOYA worthy 126 from Cam Guthrie and an unfortunate late withdrawal of Matt Rosa from the Panthers without an emergency to cover him. Despite the late withdrawal of Paul Chapman from the Buffaloes lineup for Sunday squads and a 1st quarter injury to star man Brendon Goddard, the rest of the team hobbled together enough points in a low scoring affair to hold off the Panthers who were well served by 125 from youngster Brodie Smith and a fighting 91 from Luke Parker. Final scores: Serengeti 1040 def Pearcedale 963
Banchang Barcrawlers vs Coolgardie Prospectors at Banchang Round 4 Report. A win to the Prospectors over the Barcrawlers 1244 to 1153. A very close game up to half time with the Home team leading the Visitors 11/868 to 11/827 with Capt.Courageous, Joel Selwood (126) and the ever consistent David Swallow (107) leading the way for The Barcrawlers, while Ebert (129) and Wines (126) absolutely smashed it in the middle for The Prospectors. Banchang expected to outstay the visitors in the second half as Coolgardie had already lost big Mummy during warm up, with no replacement, but an inspired display by JP Kennedy (120) and the 2 boys at the back, Hooker (108) and Baguley (101), managed to thwart all that Banchang could throw at them, and the visitors came away worthy winners, 1244-1153. BOG RESULTS 3. Ebert 129 2. Selwood 126 (Home team) 1. Wines 126
Choppers any reason why your score has not come through? (even without that score you have more total points than me. @$#!)
naughty Choppers! If said team gets backdated into the system from the forum by admin- let us know and I'll update the ladder.
Thanks Choppers. All that poisoning of my players and we still managed to stumble over the line. Form all reports, the boys had fun in Thailand, and we're looking forward to our next holiday over there. Big Mummy tells me he'll just be drinking bottled water on the next trip though.

No worries JPK. I'm glad all had a good time after the game. If I get a chance I'll post some photos from yesterday's barcrawl.

I told them to improve, they got all the votes this week.Bad news for Leuenberger but Hale and Rowe are ready JIC he doesn't play next week. Good work from Manangatang fielding their team, Jobe Watson scored well with 102 and good luck in the long game. Votes: N. Jones 3, E. Curnow 2, S. Thompson 1.

BOG Votes 3. Beams 2. Ablett 1. Thompson DD.. Thanks. I forgot I made the change. I looked up Lamb and thought he had a 0, so I gave you Day's score. All was a bit rushed last night. Had 'one of the those weekends' as we have just bought a house and moving in on Thursday so trying to spend the weekend getting old house cleaned up and new house ready. Regardless, you have an awesome line up, and you are my pick for taking out this year's prize. Only thing that will stop you is a bucketload of injuries, which for your sake, I hope doesn't happen - unless I am playing you in the GF! Busy Busy sounds like mate, all good. I was worried early on in our matchup, happy to get the win. Cheers for the vote of confidence, long way to go, injuries are already costing me, I was happy to have Day as an emergency who actually played, arare luxury. 19 playing players is a dream of mine one day, hopefully it comes true. Good luck with all the house fun, all the best
Apologies for no score update Tyze. It seems both our teams are saving their best work for home games.
How is everyone else scoring each week... I am doing mine via SC end of round scores and then on my laptop having the matchups in this Forum... any easier ways to do it? any auto ways? Cheers!
I try to grab all the scores during the weekend through Match Center, and if I can, get online before the lockout opens to get the final game scores also. Otherwise I go sifting through players for their scores. I then keep a running tab in excel, easy to add them up from there. If anyone has anything more automatic or user friendly, then please let me know. (and evidently, let Marty know too)
With the split round this week, am I correct in saying we have until lockout of the 1st game Saturday to make changes to our squads, with the exception of Brisbane and Richmond players who played on Thursday.
I just grab the scores at the end of matches - coughcoughfanfootyismoreuserfriendlyinmyopinioncoughcoughcough. Excuse my cough, sounds a bit nasty. I'll get it checked
