    Holky thanks for the news.

Can it be confirmed when the rolling lockout applies? (i.e. only on split rounds) and how it works? (i.e. do you update both your ts league team and post in the round thread). Plus the lockout for this week is at 7:20pm (AEST) Thursday for the rest of your positions.

Don't want anyone to get burnt because they didn't know or understand what they can and can not do.

Where the bloody hell is Hawker?
    Has anyone heard from him?
Has he taken his footy boots and ball and gone home due to the many default picks he got?
Do we need to get someone in to take over his Team Licence?

I think that's how it works (I'll post my team amendments in the round thread), I think also updating TsLeague team to copy that. Change one and you have to make the other balance, (double-entry accounting).

To clarify: Edit teams here, posting any changes and then match those changes in the TsLeagues tab.

My question still stands re: lock out also Raptor posted the question below in ORFFA 2014 Round 1 - FFAF

'Just to confirm team entry deadlines, is the below correct?
4 games by the Friday game 14/3 (Coll v Freo)
1 game by the Thursday game 20/3 (Gee v Ade)
4 games be the Friday game 21/3 (NM v Ess)
Or do we need all players for this weekend available by Thursday game 20/3 (Gee v Ade)?'

Bearing in mind we have multiple instances for 4 day footy weekends coming up so I think we need to bed this down.

Clarification please guys: We have five positions (backs, mids, rucks, forwards, interchange) and only 4 possible emergency selections. If someone selects an emergency in each regular position, and an interchange player doesn't play, do they get an emergency? If so, which one? Or is it a matter of 'no selected emergency on that line'? Conversely, if someone doesn't select a defense emergency (for example) and a regular defender doesn't play, do they miss out, or do we cycle players around so that the emergency on the interchange line gets scored? Our rules state that if an IC doesn't play, you get the lowest scoring emergency. I'm not sure what has been programmed into tsleagues though Hmmm, I must have missed that rule change, I always thought we just had 4 emergencies across the 5 lines. It's a bit of a moot point at the momentthough as I'm struggling to find 4 fit emergencies! I assume that the lowest scoring emergency is assignedafter others have been used where needed?

I don't know about anyone else but when I 'save' my team in the tsLeagues page, the I/C emergency isn't saved and re-appears on the 'un-used players' bench, along with the other 6 un-used players. So I don't see the point in having a 5th emergency.

I believe that we're working on a rolling lockout system - with timestamps for posts being the deciding factor on when a team was updated / uploaded. Don't take this as gospel though.

I just realised I had Hombsch, and went looking for any posts in the draft banter about how bad a pick up he was. Turns out noone has said that he is terrible, so I will just gloat in your faces over his opening round ton. I'll also remind a certain someone of a certain pick-up named Lachlan Henderson, whom I immediately called a club mascot, and as a reply back I got that it was harsh and Lachie was a good player. 47 points later, and I think I'm leading that argument

Can we clarify the rolling lock out please. Are we open to make changes to our team in between matches or is it only after the teams have been named but before the first game? For example can we continue to chop and change between every match this round or do we set Thursday's game before bounce down, then do Friday, Saturday & Sunday before Friday nights bounce down? I think we need to be really clear about this going forward.

Just to make sure, the split round (rule aa) overrides the Thursday match(rule cc). So I can change my team before each match if I want for the rest of this round? Copied from 'The Real 'FU Rules Discussion' thread: aa) There will be a rolling lockout open during all split rounds. Each time it will close at the start of a game, the exact same as SC bb) Any non-split rounds will be locked out at the beginning of the first match of the week cc) Matches on Thursday will be locked out at the start of the game, but games for the rest of the round will be locked out at the beginning of the game on Friday

Now Tommy. Like a few of the Monarchs, Lachie is a little underdone after an injury-interrupted pre-season. However we're confident he'll work into the season and he has assured me he will be cherry ripe for the Gisborne match. As for the emergency situation. I was under the impression we had 4 to allocate over the 5 lines as we choose. Personally I'm not too keen on this lowest scoring emergency being used for I/C business.

After 5 games played things are hotting up in the goldfields.........The Crocs (with 715/10, ave 71.5) lead the Sandgropers (608/7, ave ~89). Averages would suggest that the 'Gropers are all over the Crocs, but with 4 matches to go and some big names left to play for both sides it looks like it's going to come down to the depth players. With both clubs desperate to get off to a good start to build some confidence in their young lists, the supporters will be cheering on their teams hoping for the all important win!

Thanks EE, did a quick check because I didn't think my score wouldn't be that high and looks like I'm sitting on 789/11 with an ave of about 72. I've got Gunston, Libba, Talia and Stevens to come.

Think you've got this one covered quite easily. I say I'll be favourite for the wooden spoon after this weekend.
