There's going to be some very stern words at training on Monday, after Prospectors forward Ty Vickery partakes in a stupid, reckless, and downright disgusting act, not only resulting in him getting a guaranteed stint on the sidelines, but he does this stupid act against Prospectors teammate, retiring ruckman Dean Cox, sending him off the field with concussion. If there's one thing you definitely don't want to see in fantasy footy, its players taking out other players in your team. Disastrous! As for my eagles.... I'm going to go and drown my sorrows.

It looks like the boys have enjoyed the sunshine on offer in Africa, breaking their season high score by 3 points, posting a new record of 1459.
Interesting game so far between us Yad. A couple of ridiculous scores from Roo and Carlisle have me in the game at this stage even with a player short. 2 weeks in a row I've played short, not good form from my selection committee. Carlisle in stupid scoring form the last couple of weeks, a shoe in forPOOOYA this week. He is averaging 171.5 the last 2 weeks. The coaching staff are pleased he is trying todo something finally and it couldn't come at a better time withthe Great man missing from our line up. Thanks for the write ups to date Yad, always a great read.

Fair score mate, a good turn around for your boys since mid season. Good work. Im tipping finals contenders don't want to come up against Southern on the run home
Its early in the last quarter at Mill Park and after a dominate third quarter the home team is suddenly in the picture. Thanks to Rocky, Roughy, McEvoy, Birch, Jetta for a competitive score. Bulls 1255/15/83.6 v Xmas 1099/13/84.5
3 Quarter Time at Korumburra and Korumburra have a huge lead from a dominant first half. Current score Korumburra 12/1224 (av. 102) vs Eden 11/781 (av. 71) Stevie J dominated the midfield with 141 and Goldstein in the ruck scored 131 confirming Rowe's future move to the backline. Griffen played well returning from injury though with a current top-scoring 123 except for Stanley's 126 WHEN NOT SELECTED! C'mon Crows! Make this score respectable!
Well what a difference a week can make. It appears that on paper the bulls on the back of rockys 175 have over come Xmas Island in a classic bulls 1255 83.6 ave smugglers 1232 82.1 ave
It's full time at The Stadium and the visiting Blanchetown Bunyips have had a huge win over the local Barcrawlers. Even though the final scores were relatively close at 1133 to 1094, the visitors had both Robertson and Dwyer on the Interchange, both of whom did not play, and Langdon in the forwards and therefore OOP, whilst Rory Thompson 69, was an emergency so his score didn't count. For the Locals, Cooney had a whopping 2 pts. Can he be nominated for the POOYA award.................

Final Score Groote Eylandt (Barracudas) 1,352 def by Pakenham (Parasites) 1,407 Full Time A slower start to the second half by both teams however the home side scores first with Darling cracking 2 through the sticks but could only manage 10 disposals. Zorko booted 2 goals and then cherry picked around the packs and collected 32 disposals to push him up the Gus leader board. Goodes bagged 4 big ones and picked up 16 disposals. Burgoyne collected 23 disposals and even booted a goal in a switch up to the midfield. Langford grabbed 17 disposals for the game however it was still an under performance in the scheme of his overall game plan. Young Frosty came in at the last minute to do the tapping. Lewis smashed out 35 disposals this guys is a massive star running all day and the giving the fans what they came for. Capitan Cotchin was under lock and key with a heavy tag and could only muster up 15 disposals however he did squeak a goal in there. For the visitors young Luke Brown gave a good effort getting 10 disposals. Pyke came in with 21 hit-outs, a little under done leading into the business end of the season. Merrett was under the pump all day with no goals and only 12 disposals but Buddy was up to it he was on fire with 3 goals and collecting 18 disposals for the visitors. The tattooed ones cranked up the numbers with Sidebottom pushing out 32 disposals with his run on the turf he had the ball on a leash. Gun slinging Beams not to be out done slammed through 2 goals while running amuck with his 29 disposals, Bang, Bang you’re gone, it was the knock out shot for the visitors. It came down to the wire with the Parasites coming out on top for the 4 points. For the visitors Sinclair went missing and wasn’t seen all day. I'd like to start this match report by saying I hate split rounds. Especially when most of the team thought they were still on break when playing them! A few positives though for slight amelioration, Griffen returning from injury with 123 to get a BAFFU vote, Jones returning to form with 120 and Boyd kicking 2 for a total of 64 points. Meanwhile Korumburra dominated with 6 topping the 100 (Enright, Johannisen, Stokes, Stevie J, Goldstein and Greene) Scott Thompson missed the bus but Stanley scored 116 (in the 2s) Scores [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px;]Korumburra Blowflys 1458 def Eden Whalers 926 [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Enright 118[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Reilly DNP [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Dunn 61[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Malceski 67 [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Johannisen 107[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] May 50 [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Williams 61[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Smith 47 [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Clisby (E) DNP[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Wood (E) 48 [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Kornes 94[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Jones 120 [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Stokes 101[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Curnow 43 [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Stevie J 141[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Thompson DNP [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Sloane 78[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Mitchell DNP [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Curren (E) DNP[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Griffen (E) 123 [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Goldstein 131[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Leuenberger DNP [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;][span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Rowe (E) 76 [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Cloke 95[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Boomer 94 [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Motlop 82[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Lynch 43 [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Wright 96[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Lyons DNP [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Puopolo 93[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Jenkins 28 [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Black (E) DNP[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Boyd (E) 64 [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Clarke 93[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Suban 55 [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]Greene 107[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Aish 64 [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;] [span style='line-height: 20.799999237060547px; font-size: 13px;]BAFFU Votes: Stevie J 3, Goldstein 2, Griffen 1
