Crocs struggling to field a team this week. I'm already a defender short and with Gunston and Merrett out I only have 1 forward named in their 22 with Honeychurch and Paparone named on their extended benches.

    Def: Garland, Schoe, D Talia
Mid: Libba, B Ellis, J Martin, K Stevens
    Ruc: Gawn (Ceglar)
    Fwd: Patton, Paparone, Honeychurch
Int: Hrovat, C Beams (D Simpson)

Groote Eylandt Football Club - Round 20 Team Announcement

Def: Robert Murphy, Shaun Burgoyne, James Frawley, Will Langford (Jack Frost)
Mid: Trent Cotchin, Bryce Gibbs, Ben Cunnington, Marcus Bontempelli
    Ruc: Luke Ball (Cameron Sutcliffe)
Fwd: Dayne Zorko, Jack Darling, Jack Watts, Adam Goodes (Shane Kersten)
IC: Jordan Lewis, Daniel Hannebery (Jamie Cripps)

    In’s: Hannebery, Cripps
    Out’s: Derickx, Mzungu

A couple of changes for the round 20 clash against the Smugglers, with Derickx out being replaced this by Ball and Sutcliffe as emergency. The main man Dan Hannebery is back and slips straight into the inter-change position replacing Mzungu who moves to the injury list. Young Cripps of the Jamie kind gets the nod as an emergency.

A win is essential for the Cuda’s to have a chance to sneak into the top 8.

As it is the last match of the regular season it will show case “The Islanders Cup” between the Barracuda’s and the Smuggles may the best flat foot team win.

    Go Cuda’s

Sorry, forgot to say this earlier... cheers YAD for doing the write-up. I'm slipping clearly (as a post-match reporter and as a coach!)

Well, here they are. The team for the last round of what started out as a promising seaon, then became diabolical and has ended with some real hope for next year. I present the round 20 Southern Cross Sandgropers: <table cellspacing='10] <td style='text-align: left;' rowspan='2]Def: ]Harry Taylor ]0 ]Lachie Hansen ]0 <td class='Emergency' style='text-align: left;]]Adam Kennedy ]0

Being an away game the locals are primed to meet at the Club Hotel and enjoy a few cold ones over what promises to be a high scoring affair between 2 sides that have been in good form of late. 'Go the Grope!'

No Blowflys team posted in this thread or in TS Leagues. Does he get last weeks team? Tantamount to tanking, I could potentially move 2 places up the ladder and swap with him if he gets a 0. I'm all for last weeks team as a default in this round.

Disappointing In TSLeagues there's no teams from Pearcedale, Christmas Island, and Korumburra. Haven't sifted through this thread, but that doesn't bode well. I think last weeks teams are what should be entered as a default.

Damo has posted his team in the thread, can't do TS Leagues on his phone. The other 2, no sign of teams anywhere.

Boss, can we get the Blowflys team for last week from Walesy? It hasn't been posted in this thread for a couple of weeks now.

Alright, exactly the same as last week? Also, I'll enter in Damo's team if I get a chance. Not sure where TTT has gone

Think I remember reading something on the ORFFA forum to do with getting around tanking but don't know if it got implemented. If a coach doesn't enter their team for the round they still get zero in the points for column but also get 4 points.

Probably an idea for discussion post season but thought it was an interesting idea.

As for now, think enter teams from last week for those 2 coaches who didn't submit a team.

Mick's put a team in TSLeagues. I'm happy to go with it even though it's late.

Hold the phone... breaking news just in - i actually checked the rules page and i think there will be donuts all round [span style='color: #000000; background: #ffffff;](h) If you don't field a team, you don't get no points. If you do it again, serious questions will be asked about your commitment [span style='color: #000000; background: #ffffff;]
[span style='color: #000000; background: #ffffff;]Thoughts Commish? looks pretty black and white
