Lifes a Bitch! I finally wake up the slumbering Silverback, TIB starts explaining what the BIG words he uses actually mean & BANG!!!!! he leaves TiB v Hornsy. Come back Terry. I can't be trolling every thread in the joint looking for my daily (oops sorry to raise that spectre again), sometimes every 2nd daily dose of your selfless, good TS community postings.
And might I suggest this as the Sarah Island club song? Beats the crap out of 'Freo heave ho' [embed]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nBmueYJ0VhA[/embed]
Led Zep beats the %@#$ out of Bob Dylan any day of the week bucko. Who would you rather have as an inspiration to your team? Hippy peacenik Bob or four guys who used to buy castles, explore the outer limits of human toxicology and come up with songs like 'No Quarter'?
They also featured the Jimmy Plant guitar masturbation-fest that is "Moby Dick". I don't get inspired by listening to a man splatter his axe for 7 minutes. We're all different though. (BTB, you picked a good song though. III was always my favourite )
Fair call H, I usually skip straight past the great white whale to this [embed]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pm3zUQjG5no[/embed]

Witch reminds me (thanks, witch), if any of you ORRFL lot plan to spend your Chrissie hols on luvverly Sarah Island, here is the ultimate tourist survivor book: .
Must say, on behalf the Pyrite board, staff and players that if there was an independent judicial arbitration court in the ORFFL they would most certainly have been contacted. We believe our competitors, afraid of our superiority on the playing pitch, did all they could off the field to gain an advantage on the field. I present to you some examples. First of all, our players had to get over to the islands in this: It was a terrible and harrowing experience! Eric McKenzie said it was 'the worst beer-can boat trip of his life and I should know, I was team-mates with Ben Cousins' and we almost considered turning around. That proved impossible when on the return trip to pick up our emergency players the boat fell apart. Luckily Cunnington had doubled up with Swallow - we only had one emergency we could play for the round! Definite shenanigans by the Savages. Then there was the food that night. Like good guests, we accepted the hospitality of our hosts. Despite the 'rough' look of the chef the team none the less ate the Shepherds Pie (why did he always emphasize the Shepard part?) that was offered, despite the poor taste (Kosi loved it - wtf?). The chef: We didn't want to say anything at the time to be rude (and we didn't want to interrupt the loud, out of tune singing festival that seemed to be going on down their end of town) but it gave quite a few of the players gastro and obviously they were ill. So I think that the Pyrite managed to make a match out of it all was pretty good all things considering! And one question on our return home was that was just eating away at us... ...Why are the sheep unattended? We hope to see the Sarah Islanders next time they're in Popanyanning and we'll be sure to give them a 'real' welcome.
KEPLAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nat Fyfe (shoulder) was held back last week after consulting a Melbourne specialist, but Fremantle coach Ross Lyon is confident the young star will face Carlton on Friday night after training fully on Monday. Ruckman Aaron Sandilands is in doubt with a calf complaint, while there are questions over potential replacement Jon Griffin's fitness. That could open the door for Kepler Bradley to return as support for Zac Clarke. Unforced changes are unlikely, but Nick Lower, Alex Silvagni and Dylan Roberton have all impressed in the WAFL.

Well Ross? What's it to be? A Hornsy only has so much patience. .
Hornsy, we need to get the posts happening, the ORFFA has already overtaken us. I think it's a Man City thing, jumping on the bandwagon, but the loss of the Jar, the whining over scaling and the propensity for forward line players to get injured is certainly proving to make our league less commented on than our rivals. Time to reassert some authority I think. BTW if it wasn't Bundy's injury that caused the busting of the unbreakable jar, I'd be pointing a finger of blame towards a certain underperforming skip, who would be welcome at my mob. A bit like a Judd move from a top team to a cellar dweller. For the good of the comp, you know.
Can't blame me, I've been plugging the *&%&* out of the Quolls this last week. Need a few more to step up to the plate though by the looks
Ah, Lucas. Always bound to hit hit something if you fire enough bullets. Allow me my rebuttal: The Jar served its purpose in giving all o y'all a target to aim at. That focus has seen a renewed spike in energy and devotion being plunged into the keeper leagues of TS. Surely a worthy thing. If anyone else had lost by three points on scaling, there would have been calls for heads at CD, and if I had been the victor, calls for my impeachment from you lot. I was angry at the result, as any coach would be. Pray that you don't meet my anger, as you wouldn't be calling it whining. Thirdly, quantity of posts does not equal quality of post. You would do well to remember that, but I dare say you'll never concede this point while you're leading this meaningless race. Regardless, I am quietly content with both the quality of posting and the overall level of competition in the ORFFL. As far as comparisons go, Terry thinks it's beneath me to speak honestly on matters which are not of direct concern to me. While I don't for a minute share Terry's hierarchical view of the world, I respect my own propensity to cause mayhem when I choose to write truths unfettered by levity. So I concentrate my energy on maintaining the greatest keeper league in the land, and let those actions and outcomes speak for themselves. And lastly, no, I'm not trading you Patch.
Quite happy for the Jar to remain the target myself. As BB said, I'm apparently 'doing a Lucas' by laying low and keeping the underdog tag.
