    Thanks again for this Simon!
If Jobe hadn't broken his collerbone he would really be in contention... shame. Ah well. Good to see Kreuz up and about as well!

Will tally up the last two rounds......QUESTION: is this now done or do we continue it thru the finals/last 3 weeks of the season ?

Happy to hear other views on that though.

Definitely no finals. After all we're not the AFL. Level playing field is a must.

Absolutely Andy, and GAJ is a deserving winner.
BTW, who and when does he get the medal. I can just see him accepting the Brownlow with the Les W around his neck saying 'it is nice to win the Brownlow, but the Les W is the recognition I really treasure!'

    2013 Les W Medal..............it came down to the wire with GAJ having a couple of quiet weeks but with the runs on the board he falls over the line to win by 1 vote over the pin cushion Jobe, with the 'clean' Collingwood boys right behind them :) Some interesting notes: Jack is clearly here now, Rockliff continues his rise, Harvey defies his age, Libba the biggest mover, Sloane making a charge, NRoo & Cox slipping with age, Cunningtonon the way up, Fyfe could go either way..... <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]43 - GAJ <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]42 - Watson <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]41 - Pendles <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]40 - Swan <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]35 - KJack <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]31 - Griffen, Rockliff <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]30 - J Selwood, S Mitchell, Montagna <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]29 - Deledio, Harvey <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]27 - Walker, Libba <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]26 - JPK, Dangerfield, Barlow <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]25 - Cotchin, McVeigh <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]24 - S Johnson, Martin, Sloane <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]23 - McEvoy, ROK, Kreuzer, J Redden <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]22 - Minson, Sidebottom, Goddard <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]21 - N Roo, Ward <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]20 - Westhoff <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]19 - A Swallow, Douglas <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]18 - H Taylor, J Steven, Cooney, Cloke, Cox <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]17 - Goldstein, Petrie, S Thompsn (nth), Boak, Jackson, <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]16 - Lewis, Hannabery, Masten, Cunnington <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]15 - P Hanley, Mundy, Simpson, Wells <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]14 - Stanton, K Cornes, Bartel, Rance, Priddis, Wingard, Fyfe <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]13 - Dixon, Judd, Roughead, <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]12 - Hartlett, M Murphy, Gartlett, Parker, H Shaw, Bastinac, Hibberd, Mayne <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]11 - S Thompson (Ade), Birchall, Schultz, Armitage, S Selwood, Prestia, JJK <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]10 - NicNat, Bellchambers, O Meara, Malceski, R Murphy, NDS, Bennell, Ellis <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]9 - Howlett, Duffield, Adcock, Hodge, Enright, Leuenberger, Gray, Motlop, Suban, Tippett <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]8 - K Stevens, Zaharakis, Shiel, Gunston, Gibbs, S Hill, Wines, Jolly, Zorko, Maric, Christensen, Watts,D Swallow <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]7 - J Griffin, A Goodes, Houli, Buddy, Maloney, J Roo, Dempsey, Dwyer, Winderlich, Beams, Hale, Ebert, Darling, Mumford, Lobbe, Jacobs, Monfries <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]6 - H O Brien, Ryder, Pyke, Heppell, Duncan, D Pearce, Bird, Burgoyne, Ball <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]5 - Lester, Daw, Kerridge, Cameron, Hurley, Boyd, Toovey, Chapman, Vlastuin, Lucas, Butler, N Jones, Pettard, McLean, Myers, I Smith, B Goodes, Black, Sylvia, M Wright, Corey, Hutchings, Wellingham, Neale <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]4 - Broadbent, Shuey, D Thomas, Z Smith, Watters, Jamar, Mzungo, Ibbotson, Grimes, Hayes, Brennan, Geary, M Robinson, Newman, Ballantyne, Cramieri, Reilly, Talia, Staker, Mayes, Carlisle, Henderson, Grigg, T Lynch, T Mitchell, Mackie, Treloar <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]3 - Fisher, DeBoer, T Richards, Golby, Gibson, S Edwards, Merrett, Betts, Warnock, Hanson, Sewell, Waite, Hurn, Bailey, L Thomas, Ziebell, Fletcher, Melksham, C Pearce, Dunn, Guerra, Harbrow, Cross, Scully, Scotland, Lake <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]2 - Vince, L Parker, Vickory, Darling, LeCras, Tuck, Hunt, Gaff, Conca, L Jones, T Adams, J Brown, Jetta, Stokes, Porps, O Hailpin, Terlich, Nicholls, Puopolo, Whitfield, Giles <p style='margin: 0in 0in 10pt;]1 - M Shaw, A Krakouer, Hawkins, Kerr, Q Lynch, Walters, McKenzie, Dickson, Rioli, Hombsch, Caddy, M Johnson, C Brown, Maguire, Foley, McGlynn, Blair, Rich, Pederson, B Reid, Curnow, Mullett

A worthy and deserved winner. Great work everyone. It'll be interesting to see how the tallies mirror those in the Brownlow later this year.

Be grateful for small mercies Fitzy. It would have been far too traumatic to give it to Watson and then at a later date have to take it away from him.

Iron Knob News The little master has done it! Despite a quiet last few games the miracle man known as God Junior has won the most prized medal in world sport, The Les W Medal. Iron Knob has sent the only woman in town and their only reporter over the GAJ's house to catch up with the master and ask him about this career honour. Mandy 'Mountains' Monahan - Well we have just arrived at Gary's mansion and no one is answering the door so we are heading around the back .. leg over the fence .. there we go now just heading round the back, there is a bit of noise here and .. oh my .. .. sorry lost my thoughts there for a second seems most the Iron Knob team are here, there is Todd Goldstein and Will Minson wrestling in what seems to be Bolognase sauce and there is the bald nut Nathan Jones getting his head oiled by Richie Douglas .. oh wow there are a lot of empty kegs laying around and .. OI! .. sorry just let me untangle myself from Pearce Hanley .. no Pearce, no not now, later yeah .. ok there is the man of the moment Gary Ablett Jr he seems to be unconcious, yes I can confirm he is lights out snoring drunk with what seems to be a bottle of 2008 Foxes Island Pinot, oh actually there are quite a few of these bottles around, could be some conspiracy by Waikikamoocow at play here. Oh here is the Medal itself, seems to be slightly damaged .. just need to get it out of this bowl of nuts .. oh yes I can confirm there seems to be a bullet hole in the medal itself that one is going to cause some grief at ORFFA HQ for sure.. .. Oh the little master is coming to now, Gary, Gary can you let the residents of Iron Knob in on your season and also, just what the hell is going on here???
    Gary - *HURL*
Mandy 'Mountains' Monahan - Oh wow. Nice. This is Mandy signing off seems the Codpieces are taking this week for granted a little with the big game coming up against the Packers we hope Coach Jimbo can get their heads back in game mode before Saturdays bounce or could be a famous choking by the lads! Will! stop it! Wiiiiiiiillllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any suggestion by any party that the behaviour of any player or officer holder of the Waikikamoocow Incorrigibles (hereinafter known the first party) is and has been of anything but of the highest ethical standards will bring a response that that party rather the first party will be charged with bringing the ORFFA into disrepute especially after the first party was not invited to GAJ's Les W Medal party. Are we all quite clear on that?
Pinot noir is not a banned substance and has in fact been deemed by the Western Association Discretionary Assistant (hereinafter known as TiB) as an approved if not a compulsory drug for all ORFFA functions and functionaries.

Yanno, I thought at least chels would get my reference to the Under Assistant West Coast Promotion Man, even if JC didn't. Being the flip side of the Stone's single Under the Boardwalk. But I digress, when talk turns to Pinot, you are always in our thoughts chels and we have come up with a little something just for you. [span style='color: #7030a0;]New wine for seniors. <p style='background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;]A single glassat night could mean a peaceful, uninterrupted night'ssleep. <p style='background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;]/Portals/0/User%20Images/pinot%20more.jpg
Clare Valleyvintners inSouth Australia, who primarily produce Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Grigio wines, havedeveloped a new hybrid grape that acts as an anti-diuretic.

<p style='background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;]It is expected to reduce the numberof trips olderpeople have to make to the bathroom during the night. The newwine will be marketed as Pinot More
