After wandering through some of the old threads and mulling over the pros and cons of various options, I am pretty cool with the status quo of squad sizes and delistments for the next 12 - 18 mths. That said, I like having some element of chance/luck play a part in this league, even if it doesn't often go my way. Obviously, form and injuries cast their own dose of this throughout the year. Now this might sound sacrilegious, but I would even entertain the idea of choosing a captain for one or two games per season. Would this provide any long term benefit to teams or the league? Beats me, but could make week to week more interesting and add another strategy to the mix. Anyway, take it as you will, just an idea. Great discussion btw I'm open to options and suggestions as they roll around.
