As the draft is officially commencing Monday evening I have no problem with this request, as always if there are objections by others please raise them ASAP but remember there are no sheep stations on offer.
The way we track players in this comp the above screenshot is correct. Both players are retained as 2022 ORFFW keepers while flagged as eligible for the 2022 inactive list. Valks have not nominated Newton while Legends have nominated Smith. Legends therefore get a replacement player via comp pick #49. All unlisted inactive AFLW players are ineligible to be selected in the PSD and have been removed from the 2022 FA pool.
I personally don’t think we should be allowed to re-list players after they’ve been announced as delisted. But I think this one should be allowed given that the offer was made publicly for Peter to do so. In future, I suggest that if someone changes their mind on delisting someone then the only way to re-list them would be to select them with one of their draft picks.
I assume the offer was made because i think it would be rather unusual to delist more than the forced delists when we have to cut close to half our squad. Pretty much everyone’s 12th player would be better than the free agents remaining at the last pick of the draft.
