Sending a message to @That KI Guy who didn't even name her in the Round 1 squad of 10 Ash Brazill also smashing it while named as a Krushers emergency
These very low scoring opening games and the under 12 packs following the ball are cringe worthy. Hopefully it's a blip and not a trend
Are these the scores we are working off? Or is there something else that’s going to magically turn Goring’s 10 into a respectable 50?
Specifically no, I sourced them from Draftstars, but practically yes as the AFLW official stats and fantasy points are identical, though positions are different. As @TheTassieHawk pointed out last night there is an aflw app which displays live stats also.
It looks like the Ellie Blackburn might be decided by.... Ellie Blackburn! Currently the highest scorer in our matchup... @Jason
Wow what a debut for Nina! Would have loved to have her on the field but played safe. Will definitely come into calculations next round.
Unofficial progress scores from ORFFW central prior to the start of the Brisbane vs GWS game show all the teams on track for 360 plus scores. Pomona has completed their round and holds the clubhouse lead with a strong final score of 445 points.
Damn, should have gone with Hardimann who scored double the points of either of my D1 or D2. Very happy with King and Stanton though.
When I was looking, it had the 2018 games listed when I pulled up 2019 - It all looks good now though. I'll pull them down and see if I can get something uploaded tonight (Or tomoz)
Deja vu @That KI Guy You win your match then talk my side up in order for yours to fly under the radar It's like ORFFF season 2018 all over again, you don't fool me with your deflection.
Interestingly 6 of the 8 sides appear to have ended up with a score of 22 or less on the field. With player scores being lower in this format it could perhaps be less costly than it first appears, provided the number of low scores in a team is limited. Some of the aforementioned 22 or lower scores will no doubt be AFLW role related (Farruggia was mentioned in Q3 or Q4 playing in a lockdown defender role) and could see several changes being considered for ORFFW Round 2. I witnessed first hand my D3 (Jade Van Dyk) score 10 playing as closest to goal lock down defender for the Blues, which has me fairly concerned for future weeks given I expected her to be the teams chief rebounder with Bri Davey lining up in a half forward role per preseason.
Thanks mate. I was a bit worried when I started to check the scores of the last game and I saw Anderson with 96! Good game, very close between us
